About Milad

I'm a Registered Physical Therapist and program leader with a focus on designing and delivering innovative solutions that improve how we live and age in Canada. My foundation in physiotherapy, rooted in evidence-based care, hands-on treatment, and a person-centered approach, has shaped my way of working: emphasizing the importance of listening deeply, tailoring plans to individual goals, and prioritizing functional outcomes.

In my role at SE Health, I lead cross-functional projects that foster innovation and tackle systemic issues such as barriers to work for frontline healthcare staff. I specialize in identifying gaps, developing strategic responses, and executing initiatives that drive both social impact and system-level change. My work often involves managing diverse stakeholders, building strong partnerships, and facilitating conversations that lead to meaningful collaboration.

Before stepping into program leadership, I provided care to individuals with complex orthopedic and neurological needs and led interdisciplinary teams at Altum Health – University Health Network (UHN).

Since moving to Central Ontario in 2022, I’ve embraced rural living and deepened my connection to the environment and community. I am a soccer enthusiast, an avid beekeeper, and an amateur curler. I serve on the board of Ross Memorial Hospital, supporting my local community. These personal interests fuel my creativity and balance and reflect the same values I bring to my work: care, curiosity, and commitment to long-term well-being.
